Oh, and this blue beehive is giving me serious hair envy!!! Drooling over that blue and that 'do!
(from A Beautiful Mess blog )

Worshofer shoes. They are so insanely comfortable! They have a cork bottom, so they are lightweight. Here they are in all their glory on Zappos. I wear them allllll the time. They are actually falling apart- it's time for another pair!!

detail of earrings: Rosie Posie rose gold hammered hoops from Make Pie Not War
a few of the great ingredients!
the packed brown sugar. I leave about a 1/4 inch of the cup to be filled with the maple sugar.
the maple sugar filling the remaining portion of the cup. This is the way I measure it every time so I don't know the exact measurements for the brown and maple sugar. This, is where I am not a rocket scientist!
creaming the butter, sugars, vanilla and egg.
the finished dough, with the all purpose and whole wheat flours, salt and baking soda. (and my ripened bananas in the background ready for this recipe that I found on Pinterest, that I've been meaning to blog about myself)
YUM!!! The finished cookie with the salt sprinkled on. I have a confession- I ate this cookie before it cooled completely. :) oops!
Urban Outfitters infinity scarf- my favorite color in the whole wide world, so I HAD to have it! Can I also say it's sooooo soft and comfy!!!
The outfit as a whole. Urban Outfitters infinity scarf, Target long sleeved tissue tee in black, Victoria's Secret white tank peeking out, my new Citizens of Humanity Lennox jeans- like buttah, and my free- yes free!- flip flops from Victoria's Secret.
outfit from another angle. :) the cute little accent rug in my stairwell is from Urban purchased about 4 years ago- I love it!
The complete look. I love this mix of inexpensive shoes, skirt and tights, with pricey shirt and cardi both from Anthropologie. What a great balance, and also insanely comfortable!!! (my puppy and laundry pile got in on this pic too!)
Inexpensive wedge shoes by Qupid, from a local store in San Luis Obispo, called Lucky Lulus. These shoes were $25. I love to wear them both with dresses and with flare jeans.
Shirt from Little Yellow Button and cardigan from Bailey 44, both found at Anthropologie. I've had both of these shirts for eons. I parted with the striped shirt for a brief time, and the friend I gave it to gave it back when she realized she never wore it and I could fit into it again. :) what a great gal!!!! I'll never part with it again!
the adorable cap sleeves on the Little Yellow Button shirt. You can also see the detailing of the shirt- the collar is the most adorable feature ever!! The skirt is a high waisted pencil skirt from Old Navy that I got on clearance for $12 a few years ago- I wear it all the time and will cry the day it starts to fade or fall apart!
The cover of Gnomes- the book that started it all!!
L-R top: My gnome juicer- which is untouched and will probably stay that way- I can't bear to squash an orange on his head!, Woodland Garden gnomes: Arnold and Sarah get married (in my geraniums and getting sun bleached ),
L-R bottom: Woodland Garden: Adam with butterfly, and a Christmas gnome I found a few years ago.
Left top: My gnome slippers!! I had to finally toss these out. Left bottom: The wrapping paper from my LUSH Chillin' with my Gnomies holiday 2010 gift set- which, yes I admit, I bought just because it has gnomes on the paper and was called Chillin' with my Gnomies- I did happen to like what was inside too! (and yes, I DO still have the wrapping paper!!)
Middle: my Woodland Gardens Gus, the original gnome.
Right: my wee house plant gnome- a housewarming gift from a dear friend who totally feeds my addiction!
My new gnome watering can! This little gem would have escaped my notice without Coral- for better or worse! Haha!
and lastly this cheeky little guy! (who isn't a Woodland Gardens gnome)
